Executive Officers

Purpose: A standing PCC committee focused on every development matter likely of concern to the Pierpont Neighborhood.
Objectives:
1. Initiate and oversee programs that identify and understand the needs, problems and expectations of the Pierpont community regarding development.
2. Involve community members in addressing their identified development needs, problems and expectations.
3. Make governmental agencies aware of the Pierpont community’s needs, problems and expectations concerning development.

Purpose: A standing PCC committee focused on vacation rental matters likely of concern to the Pierpont Neighborhood.
Objectives:
1. Initiate and oversee programs that identify and understand the needs, problems and expectations of the Pierpont community regarding short-term rental of residences.
2. Involve community members in addressing their identified development needs, problems and expectations.
3. Make governmental agencies aware of the Pierpont community’s needs, problems and expectations concerning short-term rentals

Purpose: A standing PCC committee focused on Pierpont Beach matters likely of concern to the Pierpont Neighborhood.
Objectives:
1. Initiate and oversee programs that identify and understand the needs, problems and expectations of the Pierpont community regarding Pierpont beach.
2. Involve community members in addressing their identified development needs, problems and expectations.
3. Make governmental agencies aware of the Pierpont community’s needs, problems and expectations concerning Pierpont Beach.

Purpose: A standing PCC Committee focused on every aspect likely of concern relating to business in the Pierpont area.

Objectives:

1. Initiate and oversee programs that identify and understand the needs, problems and expectations of the Pierpont community regarding existing businesses and new business development.
2. Involve community members in identifying and addressing business needs, problems and expectations.
3. Make governmental agencies aware of the Pierpont community's needs, problems and expectations concerning business issues and business development.
4. To work with the City to implement plans that will attract business to the Pierport area, wherein the monies derived from new businesses will serve to enhance Pierpont's commercial viability.
