Noise Ordinance

The STVR ordinance refers to the city Noise regulations for noise during the day and evening. It defines quite hours where the ambient noise level is reduced from daytime levels. Sound at the beach carries and we live in close proximity to one another.  You do not have to put up with noises during the day (prior to 10pm) nor outside chatter during quiet hours after 10pm.  This type of behavior is disruptive to a residential neighborhood. Call the police and report violations.
