The Beach Ball

You are cordially invited to attend the 1st annual Pierpont “Beach Ball," a social event to raise money for the Pierpont Community Art project, a joint venture between Pierpont residents, the City of Ventura and the Pierpont Bay Community Council. The Beach Ball will include food, entertainment, a cocktail mixing contest, live and silent auctions items and more. Artist Frank Bauer completed Phase 1 of the project by converting 4 old cement trash cans into works of art. Now starting Phase 2, Frank will decorate the benches at the corner of Seaward Avenue and Zephyr Court and the South facing wall of the bathroom building.  He will use each of these locations as his canvas in creating an ocean-themed ceramic tile masterpiece with some local Pierpont history built into the works. Colors will be similar to those used in the remodeled cans.

PBCC General Meeting Schedule
